We bring a wealth of experience in life cycle project development, gained through over 20 years of working with owners, EPC(M) contractors, and in the Direct Hire contracting environment. Our experience covers all aspects of project development, including early conceptual planning, successful commercial strategies, early investigation of location and community, and implementation of comprehensive program procedures and communications.

Jeff Lace
Position
Mr. Jeff Lace is a Capital Project development leader with over 30 years of extensive domestic and international project management and leadership experience. His experience levels include full Program lifecycle development from Conceptual Program Development through Commissioning and Plant Ramp up. He has worked in a variety of Heavy Industrial project environments including Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Environmental / Sustainability upgrading while serving and collaborating with both large and small cap Owners.
Jeff Lace is a proven, boots-on-the-ground leader that has successfully delivered projects across the globe for Owners, EPC(M), and Direct Hire Contractor organizations. He has a proven track record of results-orientated, safety-first, project achievements in numerous challenging and complex locations. His broad experience based encompasses project planning and cost optimization, contracting, commercial leadership, strategic long-term planning, development, implementation of Community Relations Programs, and overall program delivery ownership.
He has most recently completed full Program Director duties, including Conceptual planning Front End and Detailed design, including full Asia-based Procurement and Modularization Programs and the development of Capital intensity targets for the delivery of a 20,000 TPY Lithium Carbonate Expansion Program in South America.
Haydee Lace
Position
Haydee has over 10 years of Capital Project Development support experience, working as part of the project management teams in challenging domestic and international mining and construction programs. She brings a high level of organizational development, team leadership, and a unique perspective to the management of local resources and community leaders.
Haydee is particularly adept at developing connectivity and good communication among members of a project and the kind of work they do and possesses a distinctive insight into the challenges of developing and managing local communities and leadership.
Haydee has been working in remote environments and has a proven track record of developing local training programs in technical and non-technical resource development and has successfully developed and implemented vendor improvement and engagement programs.
